Please allow one (1) day after payment confirmation for us to check your payment, perform quality control and pack your order. We will ship the order on the next business day. You will be sent a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched with the respective tracking information.

For international shipping, shop over RM500.00 (for Singapore & Brunei only), RM800.00 (South East Asia countries) and RM1,000.00 (Asia, Oceania & Rest of the world) in a single transaction and enjoy free shipping on that order.


Free shipping is not applicable to countries other than stated above.

We will not be held responsible for any risks or losses after the courier has left our warehouse or during transit. We also do not take responsibility if the courier can't deliver the parcel in time due to incomplete address, misspelled address or no recipient at the address. We are unable to provide tracking information beyond that which is supplied by PosLaju.


We will also not be held responsible for any delays or any incurred costs caused by destination customs clearance processes. Customs and import duties are levied by the receiving country and are therefore customer's responsibility.
